Partnerships Team Manager

As a Partnerships Team Manager, you will lead a team of Local Integration Leads (LILs) and provide clear, up to date accessible information to enable our employment advisors across their area of London to identify and access appropriate support for our participants.
You will also deputise for the Head of Partnerships and Integration where needed in specific strategic forums and meetings as well as developing and implementing our stakeholder engagement strategy, identifying opportunities and attending meetings to positively promote our services.
Key responsibilities:
- Directly manage several Local Integration Leads and ensure that they hit the teams KPIs
- Regularly engage with senior stakeholders including Local Authorities, LEPs, Mayoral Combined Authorities, Skills Advisory Panels, and networks, to present on contract delivery and performance, gather local intelligence, to inform operations to use as part of the delivery strategy
- Represent Ingeus at networks and presenting to further develop relationships and build Ingeus local reputation
- Support the team to effectively liaise with managers and local operational teams to assess needs of our Participant caseload and help them identify gaps which may impact the participants journey towards work.
- Work with operations to review JCP referral activity and plan further activity.
You will Require:
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potential
- Strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets and engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation driving positive change
- Exceptional communication skills—inspire and influence participants while addressing their diverse needs with flexibility, robustness and creativity, as well as contacting employers and other external stakeholders to identify opportunities for participants
- Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges
- High-level digital literacy
- Excellent organisational skills—able to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional support while juggling multiple priorities
